Up for sale is a magnificent vintage Burma ruby and diamond platinum ring.

The center of this piece is a fine intense red color Burmese ruby. This ruby stands out great from within the massive halo design set with diamonds around it.

Burmese rubies show some of the finest red colors in nature, they are perfect sunlight gemstones since they also fluoresce red in natural sunlight. This special natural effect gives Burma rubies an additional hot red glow in warm light.

We had the ruby sent to GIA and it returned a natural Burmese ruby with straight red color, heat with moderate residue.

On top of this special ruby, the fine mixed cut natural diamond halo gives the ring a massive look, adding extra sparkle and life.

Handcrafted in platinum, this exquisite ring would make a remarkable addition to any jewelry collection.
